Tanto per chiarire / Just to make it clear

This is a notebook -not really a blog- where I often relaunch interesting stuff I find roaming on the net.
I always try to link correctly the original sources. If anyway you find your stuff and want me to remove or correct it, please let me know at Stef@cutillo.eu

This is just a silly legal note to state that this (SURPRISE! SURPRISE!)
is not a newspaper or a news publication whatsoever.

Apples sucks!

One must be an idiot to want an Apple TV. I'm so pissed off since I bowed to my wife's wish for the last trendy shit. And I'm fed up with the iPod I've been given for my birthday as well. It feels like buying those cars they are threatening to sell now, super powerful but with inbuilt speed limitator. Who would want to pay for that? I usually respect the limits, but if I'm driving my wife to the hospital I want to be able to drive 10 kmh faster. And if I'm unable to find an Italian/Chinese/Nigerian film I'm looking for on iTunesStore (with its -frankly- poor offer) I want to be able to look for it elsewhere and watch it! Unless they gave the Apple TV for free but, guess?, I paid for it. And every day that passes I think that Apple will not have my money ever again. On top of that the software is shit. Each update is a major headache because you have to struggle to make it work again. After the last one iTunes still sees my Apple TV (it's in the list of speakers) but I can't see it in my list of devices and it doesn't sync anymore. And than it insists on trying to activate Genius (why would I want an automatic DJ if all music he can play is my own music? Just to get even more advertising?) or the new Home network (No! I don't want to tell Apple everything I have on the only computer I want to use for my music and videos). GRUNT! I hate Apples.
